In line with the policy of sustainable development:
we try not to create stocks, hence the studio reserves the actual date of order fulfillment, the dates specified in the order finalization process are approximate dates;
We treat the production of our facilities with the utmost care and attention, while remaining faithful to the standards offered to our customers;
objects, including candles, are produced by hand, therefore the photos in the online store are illustrative photos.
At Lau, each facility is carefully prepared and shipped specifically to the customer. If for some reason your order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Non-prefabricated Goods, manufactured according to the Buyer’s specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs, are not subject to return. The Buyer must send the returned Goods (protected against damage) at their own expense. The parcel should be sent to the address provided in the return e-mail.
The Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal by returning the Goods to the Seller intact, without signs of use, together with a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
If the product you ordered has a defect, you can also make a complaint. First, please submit a complaint to the e-mail address email@example.com. Provide the order number, describe the defect and send photos of the advertised product.
If the Customer finds that the package is damaged during transport, indicating the interference of third parties, the Customer is obliged to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. Complaints arising from damage to the Goods during transport will be considered on the basis of the complaint protocol prepared by the customer and the courier.
Return the product and make a new purchase. The exchanged products must have the same product number and your exchange must be returned according to our return terms.
To exchange an order, you must:

CONDITION OF CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Only orders that have not been processed by the courier company can be canceled.

If it is possible to cancel your order, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and your refund.
The payment will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the refund. The reimbursement takes place through the same payment channel as the payment was made, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree on a different form. The waiting time for the refund is 14 business days.
The seller is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the return shipping costs incurred by him.
